All our agents have completed the Master Cruise Counselor course administered by Cruise Lines International Association. In order to earn this degree, we passed four examinations, toured at least twenty ships each, and sailed on at least ten cruises each. Susan and Robin were selected from two thousand five hundred Master Cruise Counselors to be two of only six National Retail Spokespersons for CLIA for the inaugural year of this media program.
